Position Overview:

We are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic IT Instructors who have experience with CompTIA preferably. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to students, helping them to achieve their IT certification goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on IT subjects, particularly those covered in CompTIA or Dion Training courses.
• Develop and update instructional materials to ensure they meet current industry standards and certification requirements.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them understand complex IT concepts.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Certified in CompTIA (such as A+, Network+, Security+) or Dion Training courses (Preferred).
• Previous experience as an IT Instructor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, networking, cybersecurity, and other relevant areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
