We're seeking a full-time Special Ed Instructional Coach to support teachers in these settings, helping improve instruction and enhance student outcomes in Central Massachusetts.

Monday- Friday, 7:30 am
- 3:30 am
Southeast Locations:
Taunton, Brockton, New Bedford and Brewster, MA Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one coaching to General Ed and Special Ed teachers Support tech integration and teacher development through collaboration Lead workshops and use data to drive improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with MA content license and/or special education license (Master's preferred) 6+ years of teaching experience Valid driver's license for frequent travel to inspire and uplift educators! Qualifications:
Master's Degree from accredited College or University Appropriate Massachusetts special education license for age level and population Minimum of three years teaching experience with Proficient or Exemplary evaluations Co-teaching experience in a special education setting Experience with assistive technology tools and strategies and other accommodations Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills Dependable, reliable and trustworthy Knowledge of and commitment to principles and practices of social justice, equity, and inclusion Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Teaching license in core content area Experience teaching in an alternative, juvenile justice, or specialized setting Background and experience in coaching and mentoring of teachers
