Early Education Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location:
Dedham, MA Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Education Teacher to join a reputable daycare center in Dedham, MA. The ideal candidate will be EEC certified and committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
Schedule:
Full-time positions available with the following shifts (based on location): 8:15 AM
  • 5:15 PM 8:30 AM
  • 5:30 PM 9:00 AM
  • 6:00
PM Compensation:
Pay Rate:
$24/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and center policies Observe and document children's progress and development
Qualifications:
Active EEC Teacher Certification (required) Previous experience in early childhood education or daycare setting Strong classroom management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Why Join Arbor Associates?
