PositionSummary The College of Education and Human Development invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor in EducationPsychology . This position contributes to the preparation of future educators by connecting foundational psychological theoryto effective classroom practice within a mission-driven, student-centered environment. Qualifications Earneddoctorate or advanced doctoral candidate in Educational Psychology, Teacher Education, or a closely related field Preparationand/or experience in teacher education and educational psychology Experience engaging teacher candidates in the study andapplication of major psychological theories of learning, development, and motivation Experience supporting candidates indeveloping and articulating a personal theory of learning and schooling Responsibilities Teachundergraduate courses in the teacher education program (e.g., educational psychology, literacy education, early childhood education,educational foundations) Facilitate application of theory to instructional practice Provide timely feedback and assesscandidate performance Maintain course records and adhere to university policies Maintain and manage the course inBlackboard, including course materials, communication, and gradebook Appointment This is a part-timeadjunct faculty position. Course assignments are made on a per-term basis and are contingent upon enrollment.
