JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
MCC's Continuing Education Division is seeking enthusiastic and experienced non-credit instructors to provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences for community members in workspace technology. Instructors will introduce students to commonly used workspace applications used in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building curriculum, leading activities, supervising participants, promoting student engagement, and creating a positive learning experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Teaching experience (adults) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver engaging and practical course content Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping others achieve personal growth and enrichment Demonstrable knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office or any other workplace technology This position will have opportunities for teaching assignments throughout the year. MCC holds camps and classes at multiple locations throughout the Metro area, including Fremont and Blair. Most classes will be in the evenings or on weekends.
