Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled educator to lead a classroom, supervise support staff, and implement creative, individualized teaching strategies. This is a 6-week summer position ideal for both experienced professionals and new graduates interested in working in a specialized educational setting. About Us Center for Spectrum Services is a nationally recognized day school serving children ages 3-12 with autism spectrum disorders. Responsibilities Lead and manage a classroom environment Supervise and support classroom staff Develop and implement creative, individualized lesson plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Foster a structured, positive learning environment Qualifications NYS Certification in Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2)

• preferred At least 1 year of teaching experience
• preferred Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
