Job Description
Claude AI Coding Instructor (Part Time) - NYC Noble Desktop is a technology training company for adults based in New York. We are searching for instructors to lead classes and corporate training in coding, design, data, AI, and more. We are searching for an NYC-based instructor for our adult AI Coding Bootcamp focused on Claude Code and AI-assisted software engineering. This would be a part-time position. Our classes are typically hybrid, with some learners in-person (in NYC) and others online (via Zoom). Qualifications You should have proficiency in all of the following, as well as the ability to teach it to people without prior professional software development experience: Claude Code and AI-assisted software development workflows Prompt engineering and context management for coding tasks Modern web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Frontend and backend application development Next.js and full-stack web applications APIs and API integration Git and GitHub workflows Database design and data modeling Testing, debugging, and code review practices Software architecture and system design concepts Application deployment and cloud-based development workflows AI-powered product development and user experience considerations Security fundamentals, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices You should also: Have professional software development experience, preferably using Claude Code or other AI coding tools in real-world projects Have teaching experience (preferably in software engineering, web development, computer science, AI coding, or related technical subjects) Have experience using Zoom and other online meeting platforms Have experience teaching diverse groups in a classroom setting Be comfortable guiding students through hands-on coding exercises, projects, and portfolio development Be available to teach some weekdays between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at our midtown NYC facility Please do not call or email us to apply.
