Inspire and encourage teachers by: Supporting teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages Participating in the selection and hiring of teachers Collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum Supporting the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum
