Job Description

We're seeking a culinary / pastry instructor to teach a cake camp JULY 13•17 from 1•4 PM each day (3 hours per day) Potential to teach culinary classes for our company in the fall if all goes well with this camp!
Responsibilities:
Instruct children ages 5-10 in engaging cake decorating camp Monday•Thursday from 1-4 PM from July 13•17th. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students. Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Provide a fun and creative environment.
Requirements:
Must be able to commit to the above dates and times. Must be comfortable instructing children in how to decorate cakes and cupcakes. While curriculum planning is not necessary, we require that the lead instructor purchase the ingredients for the recipe before class and bring them to class. Expense reimbursement will be provided for the ingredients.
Qualifications:
Previous teaching experience required. Interest / experience in culinary arts or passion for cooking & baking. Excellent communication skills. Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
