They know that creating meaningful relationships with children, families, and their team play a crucial role in that success. Program Details Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM — No nights or weekends! Starting pay is $14.10/hour , with higher compensation available for highly qualified candidates. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. $750 BONUS! $200 paid out after 60 days and $500 paid out after 120 days! Yearly wage increases based on job performance as well! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler/Twos Teacher to join our team. As a member of our teaching staff, you will: Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn Work with the COOLEST Creative Crew (It's true.) Required Skills and Experience:

CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain) 1 year professional experience working with children Lift a minimum of 40 pounds to your waist regularly, and work indoors or outdoors (often on the floor) Have survival skills to spend a day of work without your phone (bonus: mental health benefits of 8 hours off social media) Ability to sit on a circle time rug for extended periods and interact fully with the children keeping them safe, and engaged Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English (Bonus if you speak Baby Babble and Toddler Trivia - what did he say?)
