Overview The Christopher A. Pugh II Center (CPC) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Cognitive Behavior Intervention Instructor to join our team. This role is instrumental in educating, empowering, and inspiring incarcerated individuals as they prepare for successful reintegration into society. Job Summary As a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Instructor, you will: Serve as a training instructor for the Cognitive Behavior Intervention Program (CBIP) within a Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) facility. Deliver classroom instruction using CBIP curriculum materials provided by the Christopher A. Pugh II Center (CPC). Ensure all program content is taught in full compliance with CPC and TDOC policies and standards. Support a positive, structured learning environment that promotes personal growth, accountability, and skill development for program participants. Qualifications Experience supervising or administering a training or educational program. Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring individuals to achieve personal and organizational goals. Strategic thinker with sound judgment and the ability to make informed decisions aligned with program and organizational objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom-management skills. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Degree must be from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Why Join Us?
