Responsibilities Lead behind-the-wheel driving sessions, demonstrating proper vehicle handling and safety procedures Assess student progress through practical evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills Manage classroom environments effectively, fostering an engaging, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and completion of required coursework Ensure all instruction aligns with state licensing standards and safety regulations Communicate clearly with students about expectations, schedules, and licensing procedures to promote understanding and motivation Qualifications Proven experience in driving with a clean record and strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety standards Prior teaching experience, especially in adult education or classroom management, is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and foster positive learning experiences Ability to manage classroom dynamics confidently while maintaining professionalism and patience Demonstrated ability to work well with diverse learners, including those new to driving or returning to education Valid driver's license with the ability to operate various vehicle types safely Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and scheduling lessons This role is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about education and road safety.
