Elementary Teachers (Teaching Certification Required)

We are seeking Prek- 6th grade teachers for the 2026-2027 school year for our pod program. These classes meet on either M/W or T/Th each week. The teacher is responsible for classroom instruction during these times and for planning the curriculum progression for the student home days. Our classrooms are small groups of students with freedom for teachers to use their knowledge and experience to shape the instruction as needed. We love hands on learning, projects, experiments and more and would love to hear your ideas. By functioning as a pod, we are able to keep the benefits of homeschool time for our children while also gaining a classroom environment and teacher who can guide us (the parents) and the students; if you feel you have experience and ideas you could lend to this environment please apply! Responsibilities Follow the curriculum to provide in classroom instruction and also pace parents for at home instruction. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as needed to meet individual needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and classroom activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification required. Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom organization. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
