About Us The Ashburn School of Early Education is a modern, high-quality early learning center focused on creating a warm, engaging, and elevated experience for both children and families. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to guide a classroom and create a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment for young children. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their classroom, values professionalism, and is committed to delivering a high standard of early childhood education. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities and implement age-appropriate curriculum Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment Maintain consistent communication with parents through daily updates Supervise and support assistant teachers Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety requirements Foster positive behavior and social-emotional development Qualifications Experience in early childhood education (required) Strong classroom management skills Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices Excellent communication and professionalism CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (preferred) What We Offer Supportive and organized work environment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with a high-quality, expanding school Clean, well-designed classrooms and materials What We're Looking For Someone who is: Reliable and professional Warm and engaging with children Organized and takes initiative Aligned with a higher standard of care and education
