Position Summary:

With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values, an Educational Associate assists assigned students and teachers with conducting general classroom activities.

EDUCATION / EXPEREINCE REQUIREMENTS

Two years of post secondary education with a minimum of 60 credits. Proficiency in Spanish language. Experience working with diverse student group. Strong communications skills.

Salary Range:

The wage for this position ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $23.00 per hour. However, candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $23.70 per hour. For those with direct experience in this specific role, the starting rate may exceed $23.70 per hour, depending on their qualifications and experience. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, in consideration of the individual's experience and the school district's budget.
