EEC Certified Infant Teacher

Job Duties:

Ability to manage a classroom of young children while maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities. Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity. Develop and implement age-appropriate sensory and fine motor activities for infants. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate curriculum and events.

Requirements:

5+ years of previous experience working with infant aged children in a professional setting, such as a daycare. High school diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education degree or relevant certification preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children on their level. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
