Responsibilities Provide comprehensive instruction on the operation, safety procedures, and techniques of eFoil boards to learners of varying experience levels Lead engaging training sessions that emphasize proper stance, balance, and maneuvering skills to ensure student confidence and safety Monitor participants closely during lessons to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to any emergencies or concerns Demonstrate proper use of equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting tips for optimal performance Foster a fun, motivating atmosphere that encourages learning and enjoyment while maintaining high safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and instructional areas before and after lessons Collect feedback from students to improve instructional methods and enhance overall experience Qualifications Proven experience with water sports, particularly with hydrofoiling or similar board sports; university experience in related fields is a plus Demonstrated ability to teach or instruct others in an energetic, clear, and patient manner Strong understanding of water safety protocols and emergency response procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a professional demeanor Valid certifications in water safety or first aid are preferred but not required; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected Passion for outdoor activities, water sports, and sharing knowledge with others No previous experience is require.
