This role combines hands-on assembly, detailed maintenance, and expert troubleshooting to ensure every bike meets our high standards of quality and performance. Duties Assemble electric bikes from components, ensuring precise fitting and alignment using hand tools and power tools Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on electric bikes, including brake repair, suspension adjustments, and mechanical tune-ups Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues accurately and implement effective solutions to restore optimal bike performance Conduct safety inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly and repair process Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, product knowledge, and retail sales to enhance their cycling experience Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and best practices in bike assembly and repair Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for assembly and maintenance tasks Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic in bicycle or vehicle maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized bicycle repair equipment Familiarity with suspension systems, brake repair, electrical wiring, and overall vehicle maintenance Ability to lift heavy bike components safely during assembly or repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Retail sales experience including retail math skills for transactions and inventory management Passion for cycling and knowledge of electric bikes is highly preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in shaping the future of eco-friendly transportation!
