Responsibilities Read and interpret shop orders for bus electrical system infrastructure and options Route, connect, add mount electrical harnesses and electrical components in bus Test functionality of bus electrical system and components Troubleshoot and correct issues with electrical system functionality Qualifications Knowledge of automotive 12V electrical systems Read electrical schematics, identify electrical components, conductors, and connectors Electrical troubleshooting skills to identify improper wiring, shorts, poor grounds, etc. Use of hand crimpers, strippers, soldering iron, connector pin crimpers, etc. Use of common hand tools and power tools such as drills, screw guns Ability to disassemble and assemble various Molex, Delphi, Packard, or Deutsche connectors General Employment Requirements Safety and quality minded Good attendance and punctuality Ability to multitask and follow instructions Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Able to work overtime as needed
