Prevailing Wage ($65 to $75 per hour) Job Overview Our client, a growing commercial and industrial solar company based in Texas, is looking to bring on an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a number of utility-scale solar farm projects in the region. This role is a full-time position with our client.

Job Responsibilities Pre-construction Planning:

Collaborate with executive leaders to conduct site walkthroughs and identify potential site-specific construction issues.

Onsite Project Coordination:

Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers and vendors, maintain project schedules, manage material deliveries, and contribute to hands-on installation efforts on an as-needed basis.

Safety & Quality Control:

Strictly enforce OSHA and internal safety requirements, ensure all installations adhere to code and internal best practices, maintain site cleanliness, equipment, and security to top-tier standards, and facilitate all AHJ and third-party inspections.

Communication & Leadership:

Leading by example, maintain a high-pace of work and positive morale on-site, interact professionally with customer representatives, and maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders through job logs.

Reporting & Documentation:

Provide daily oversight of on-site workers, update active project schedules weekly, submit detailed daily logs and, forecast changing labor needs and project timelines, track expenditures, and thoroughly document safety events and quality control metrics.

Successful Candidates Must Have:

5+ years of experience as a commercial and/or industrial electrician A Master or Journeyman electrical license Experience in a supervisor or foreman role on solar construction projects; utility-scale solar farm project experience is highly preferred. Strong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Strong organizational skills, including experience tracking time and attendance and completing time sheets. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
