Senior Electrical Engineer - Building SystemsThe OpportunityA leading building systems consulting firm is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join its growing team. This role offers the chance to work on high‑profile, technically complex projects that shape critical environments across the built world. Project types span healthcare, laboratories, high‑rise residential, hospitality, office, and other commercial and institutional facilities. Services include electrical power and lighting design, low‑voltage systems, building electrification, net‑zero and sustainability consulting, commissioning, and integrated MEP design.

What You'll DoLead and execute electrical power system design for complex building projects across multiple sectorsDevelop and modify designs using AutoCAD and RevitPerform service load calculations, branch circuit sizing, and short‑circuit analysesCollaborate closely with architects, owners, and facility stakeholders throughout project lifecyclesSupport project delivery by meeting schedules and managing work within budget parametersReview contractor submittals and respond to RFIsEnsure compliance with codes, standards, and internal quality proceduresContribute to a culture of technical excellence, knowledge‑sharing, and continuous improvementWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering5+ years of experience designing building power systems for healthcare, higher education, residential, hospitality, office, and other institutional or commercial facilitiesStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)Deep understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practicesExcellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while thriving in a highly collaborative team environmentPE license strongly preferred, or EIT on track to obtain PEWillingness to travel as requiredNice to
