Electrical Foreman (Contract-to-Hire)

Location:

Caroline County, VA We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects in Carolina County. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, leadership growth, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites Coordinate daily work, materials, and project timelines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layouts Ensure work meets NEC standards and safety requirements Troubleshoot issues and support installation of conduit, wiring, and equipment

Requirements:

5+ years of electrical experience, with leadership/foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems Ability to manage crews and keep projects on schedule Experience with conduit, cable pulling, terminations, and panel work Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
