• Job Summary
• The Electrical Installer is responsible for installing aircraft electrical systems, components, and wiring in a new-build production environment. This position requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics while performing precise installation and testing. You will also serve as a resource to support and guide less experienced team members.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Install aircraft electrical components, wiring systems, and flight safety controls + Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and wire schematics + Perform assembly, modification, and installation of aircraft electrical systems + Route, clamp, and terminate wiring using proper tools and techniques + Use electrical testing equipment to check continuity, resistance, voltage, and system performance + Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards + Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices •Required Skills & Qualifications•+ Strong understanding of electrical theory and basic electronics principles + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics + Experience with wire routing, termination, and installation techniques + Proficiency with electrical tools and testing equipment (multimeters, meggers, etc.

) + High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety + High school diploma or GED required + 4+ years of electrical or aircraft installation experience preferred

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
