Schedule:

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule

B Night Shift:

5:00pm - 5:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)What You'll DoInstalling, upgrading, modifying, and working on various types of electrical systems, including three-phase power distribution, 480V three-phase motors with variable frequency drive configurations, AC/DC drives/ motors, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)Provide preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical systemsPerform repair or replacement of faulty electrical elements of equipment, including motors, relays, and switchesIdentify when an external contractor/vendor is needed, and work in collaboration with the contractor/vendor to complete workModel, implement, and comply with electrical safety rules and related industry regulationsComply with NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and other industry regulations.

What Youll BringEssential Qualifications:

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 poundsAbility to work with measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, etc.

Solid technical/mechanical aptitude. Strong communication skills and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt in a technical environmentAbility to pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years electrical maintenance experience.

Work schedule flexibility includes 12 hour shifts and some weekends with possibility of an on-call status.

Previous manufacturing experience

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

Wages ranging from $23.00 - $27.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
