What You'll Do Lead, manage, and oversee electrical service, installation, and repair projects from planning through successful completion Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations Provide hands‑on technical leadership, mentoring, and training for electricians and apprentices Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness, accuracy, and cost control Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of skilled electrical team members Track performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability What You'll Bring Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical service and installation management, including leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills Thorough understanding of NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations Valid driver's license required; Master Electrician license (or equivalent) strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Why You'll Love Working Here Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

Compensation & Details Pay:

• $120,000 annually (plus performance‑based bonuses)
