  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass preemployment and random drug test.
  • State of Michigan Journeyman or Master electrical license.
  • High School Diploma
  • or the equivalent (for example, GED). Administration and Management
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Building and Construction
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings, electrical equipment, industrial processes, or other structures as necessary. Customer and Personal Service
