R & W Electric Co. is a reputable Electrical Contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks and supports multiple departments across the company. The salary range chosen is an average range, the actual range could be lower or higher depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects from takeoff to closeout.
• Plan, schedule, and track project costs and profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, contracts, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
• Mentor assistant project managers and support staff.
• Preform quantity takeoffs using Accubid software.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of electrical project management experience is preferred.
• Strong electrical construction knowledge is required.
• Previous experience in airport construction, commercial building construction, or DOT projects is preferred.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or other related fields is preferred.
• Equivalent electrical experience will be taken in lieu of a professional degree.
