What's In It For You OTE:
$85,000-100,000 per year Base salary: $62,400/year Generous, clean and clear commissions
Overtime:
paid at time-and-a-half. Bi-weekly pay 6 paid holidays, 10 days PTO Journeyman class stipend Paid Google review incentives 401(k) up to 3% match Healthcare (medical/dental/vision)
  • eligibility after ~90 days (final details pending enrollment) Company van + gas card Location and Hours Service area: Atlanta
  • inside I-285 perimeter M-F typical schedule; first job starts at 8:00 AM Tuesday team meetings at a co-working space No on-call currently.
Future on-call rotation possible. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years residential troubleshooting experience ( Journeyman preferred) Able to work independently from day 1 on core residential tasks (see below) Comfortable using multimeter, clamp meter, non-contact tester, conduit bender, fishing tools, common hand/power tools Reliable, team-first attitude; willing to stay late when necessary to complete priority work Must be able to pass drug test, MVR, and background check Top 5 Typical Residential Service Calls (must be comfortable performing independently) Breaker panel work and service upgrades (breaker replacements, main disconnects, basic service changes) Troubleshooting branch circuits, shorts/opens, receptacles, and
GFCI/AFCI
issues Lighting installs and retrofits (fixture swaps, recessed LED installs, dimmer wiring) Ceiling fan installs and smart device/light switch installs Whole-home surge protection and EV charger branch-circuit installs/subpanel work for renovations Day 1 Independent Expectations Diagnose and repair branch circuit faults, replace breakers and components, perform standard fixture/fan installs Read basic residential electrical layouts and produce accurate material counts Perform professional customer interactions and document jobs in the company system Ideal Background & Tools/Tech Comfortable with mobile dispatch/job-management apps, digital invoicing, GPS/vehicle tracking Service Titan, Rilla experience
