has an excellent career opportunity for an Electrical Project Lead in Flora, IN. What are we seeking? Working Electrician experience (Journeyman experience preferred) Working experience with conduit Working knowledge of safety procedures and equipment 10-hour OSHA Construction card (or willingness to obtain one in the first 30 days) High school diploma or higher degree Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, year-round. Can give and take direction & correction Able to see whole job ("big picture") & work ahead Work as single point contact to front office and customer at job site Able to coach, replace, and/or assist other team members Change management - ability to adapt General Mechanical Skills - Installation experience Problem solver Punctual, Good attendance Able to work on roofs Equipment mounting Physical strength/stamina (regular 50 lb lift) Outdoor work, all-season Basic tools proficiency Clean driving record What will you get to do? Lead a team of 3-5 individuals on installation projects in the field. Works with residential customers to provide excellent customer service and solutions to meet their needs.
