Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics to accurately execute electrical layouts. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform installations and repairs on low voltage and high voltage systems. Test electrical circuits using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and accurately. Work on construction sites performing renovations or new installations while adhering to safety protocols such as NEC standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including incident reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades like frame carpentry or handyman services to ensure seamless project execution. Follow all safety procedures related to electrical work, including proper handling of power tools and high voltage equipment. Experience Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems in construction or renovation environments. Hands-on experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks. Familiarity with schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and low/high voltage wiring diagrams. Skilled in using hand tools such as wire strippers, screwdrivers, pliers as well as power tools like drills and saws safely. Knowledge of NEC regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites or industrial facilities. Experience working on construction sites involving renovation projects or new builds; ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters. Additional handyman skills or frame carpentry experience are a plus for versatile project support. $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
