You will assign work to subordinates and instruct them on work requirements, methods, and procedures as needed. You will inspect work in progress and upon completion, chanage work plans, assignments, and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and meet schedules. You will resolve informal complaints and grievances among employees. You will enforce guidelines on standards of conduct, safety, and housekeeping. You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
