Job Description
- Build cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and related electromechanical assemblies using work instructions, drawings, diagrams, and bills of material.
- Cut, strip, route, crimp, solder, label, sleeve, and terminate wires and cables according to production requirements.
- Install heat shrink, braided shielding, sleeving, connectors, labels, and other cable assembly components.
- Perform light mechanical assembly work using hand tools and small shop equipment.
- Follow step-by-step work instructions and document completed production steps when required.
- Inspect your own work for workmanship, fit, finish, and obvious defects before passing parts forward.
- Support basic continuity checks, visual inspections, and simple production testing under supervision.
- Maintain organized work areas, tools, materials, and in-process parts.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, receiving, inventory staging, and general shop support as needed.
- Work with engineering, quality, and production personnel to resolve build questions and improve repeatability. Helpful Experience
- Cable assembly, wire harness assembly, soldering, crimping, or connector termination.
- Electronics assembly, test technician work, avionics, automotive wiring, robotics, maintenance, or repair work.
- Reading bills of material, production travelers, work instructions, or basic technical drawings.
- Using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns, multimeters, calipers, and basic shop tools.
- Working in an ISO 9001, quality-controlled, defense, aerospace, electronics, or industrial manufacturing environment. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work onsite during standard business hours.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed assembly work.
- Ability to lift and move light to moderate materials as needed.
- Basic computer comfort for viewing instructions, entering production notes, or supporting documentation.

Pay:
