• who are ready to play a hands-on role in producing high-quality aerospace components. In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
• What You'll Do Every Day
• As an Assembler, you'll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter: + Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards + Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment + Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts + Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers + Record, analyze, and report production and quality data + Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area + Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production + Support the Operating System and site operational goals •What You Must Have•+ English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) + Computer literacy + •1+ year of manufacturing experience•(within the past 5 years; 2-3+ year tenure preferred) + Comfort and ability working in a •cleanroom environment•, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet + Comfort using a •microscope for hours at a time•+ Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity •What We Value (Preferred Qualifications)•+ Experience using precision hand tools + Ability to read blueprints, travelers, or technical documentation + Troubleshooting skills + Strong communication skills + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment •

Compensation & Bonus:

• + •Pay Rate•: $25.

32/hour, $40.98 +

• Subco Bonus Program - Earn up to $3,000!
• + $1,000 at 30 days + $1,000 at 60 days + $1,000 at 90 days + Total potential bonus: $3,000

• Shift:

• + •Shift•: Monday-Thursday, 4x10, 5:00AM to 4:00PM.
