Job Description

The ideal candidate has experience with electronic components, PCB components, or electronic assembly. Comfortable working with small electronic parts, part numbers, and inventory systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Pull small electronic parts accurately from pick tickets and work orders. Sort, label, move, and store inventory accurately and efficiently. Stock shelves and issue components for manufacturing and PCB production. Verify part numbers, quantities, lot codes, and component details to ensure accuracy. Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities. Support manufacturing operations to ensure smooth workflow and material availability. Qualifications Electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or electronic component handling experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with electronic components and part-number identification is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling small electronic components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills, including handheld tablets or scanners. Good aptitude for working with number sequences, part numbers, and organized inventory systems. Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for extended periods. Preferred Backgrounds Electronics manufacturing PCB assembly or repair Electronic component inventory control Cable assembly or soldering environments Technical or electronics hobbyist experience Military electronics or technical training Semiconductor or contract manufacturing environments
