Elementary Dean of Students The Elementary Dean of Students helps maintain a safe, positive, and structured school environment while supporting student behavior, attendance, and school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee student discipline, investigations, and parent communication Monitor attendance and implement interventions as needed Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, and transitions Serve as a liaison between families, staff, and administration Support daily school operations and collaborate with the leadership team Ensure compliance and manage required paperwork for RTI/ALE processes and 504 plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred 3-5 years of successful classroom experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills View district salary schedules here.
