The Head Custodian is a member of the Facilities Team and is primarily responsible for ensuring that the facility in which they work is safe, healthy and prepared at all times for the teaching and learning work and the community activities that take place there. The Head Custodian accomplishes this by cleaning assigned areas and by coordinating other building custodial staff members to ensure that all assigned buildings and grounds are maintained in a safe, healthy and clean condition at all times. The Head Custodian is responsible for working with the Principal and Head Secretary to provide leadership in the building in order to meet the District's Mission, Vision and Goals.Job Qualifications :
High School Diploma or equivalent Three years minimum successful employment experience in a custodial/maintenance position. Successful employment history in a lead position demonstrating leadership skills, dependability and good attendance. Valid Washington State driver's license Valid First Aid/CPR card - willingness to obtain and maintainTerms of Employment:
