Position Title:
Language-Based Classroom Teacher•Grades 3 & 4

Reports To:
Building Principal and Director of Student Services Job Goal The Pentucket Regional School District is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Language-Based Classroom Teacher to work with students in Grades 3 and 4 at Dr. Elmer S. Bagnall Elementary School. This position is responsible for delivering structured, multisensory instruction to students with language-based learning differences, with a focus on strengthening reading, writing, and language skills. The successful candidate will create a supportive and inclusive learning environment while working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Preferred Bachelor's Degree with appropriate Massachusetts teaching license or Master's Degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field Valid Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education (Moderate Disabilities PreK-8 or 1-6) and/or Elementary Education Massachusetts SEI (Sheltered English Immersion) Endorsement required through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Demonstrated experience with language-based instructional approaches (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or similar structured literacy programs) preferred Strong knowledge of literacy development and language-based learning disabilities Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Reports to: Building Principal and Director of Student Services

Salary/Benefits:
