Support students with special education needs or those requiring early intervention by adapting lessons and utilizing specialized teaching techniques such as Montessori or working with individuals with autism. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral observations; prepare reports for parents and school administration. Engage in ongoing professional development related to literacy education, classroom management, behavior management, and library services to stay current with educational best practices. Skills Proven classroom experience with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and administrative staff. Strong lesson planning abilities combined with expertise in curriculum development across core subjects including math, literacy, and science. Proficiency in working with learning technology platforms and integrating digital tools into daily instruction. Experience in teaching physical education and promoting healthy lifestyle habits among young learners.
