COMPENSATION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for all areas of academics with commitment and understanding of the common core standards. Experience with professional Learning Communities, PLC. Plan a program of study that, as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interest and abilities of students. Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the students. Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, projects and the like to communicate these objectives to students. Employ instructional methods and materials that are most appropriate for meeting state objectives. Work to establish and maintain open lines of communication with students and parents concerning both the broad academic and behavioral progress of all assigned students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold a MA DESE Elementary, 1-6 educator license. Masters Degree preferred, SEI Endorsement required. Citizenship, residency or work visa required
