Elementary Site Director Before & After School *$500 Bonus!* (Weekends OFF!)

Champions at Wright Elementary School in Salem is hiring a Site Director to lead our Elementary Before & After school program. This is a full-time, year-round position starting now. If you have hands-on experience in a licensed school-age setting as a lead teacher, assistant director, or similar role, and are ready to make an impact as a program leader, this position is for you. As Site Director, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of educators, and create an environment where kids in grades K-6 thrive before and after school.

This position requires:

At least 240 hours working with school-age children in a licensed program within the past 5 years (roughly 6+ weeks full-time), OR At least an AA degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, etc. Enrollment in the Oregon Central Background Registry (CBR) A genuine love for kids

Program Hours School Year Before School:

6:30-7:35 AM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) | 6:30-8:35 AM (Wed)

School Year After School:

2:20-6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Summertime:

12:30pm - 6:00pm (Monday-Friday) Weekends OFF The program hours above are fixed. In addition to leading the program, the Site Director works on-site during midday hours to handle administrative responsibilities like family communication, staffing, program building, and compliance. You'll have flexibility in structuring that midday time around business needs.
