Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and modernization of elevators, escalators, and related equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in elevators and implement effective solutions. Test and adjust elevator systems to optimize performance and ensure smooth operation. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Keep abreast of industry advancements and technological developments in elevator systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or technical training is preferred. Proven experience as an Elevator Mechanic with a strong understanding of elevator systems and components. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to elevators and escalators. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with all regulations.
