The Provider Specialist will ensure provider invoices are processed timely, accurately, and within the regulations set forth by OCDEL, and maintain current provider contracts services and data entry into PELICAN system.Work Environment :

Provide excellent customer service to all early learning providers entering the ELRC system, including childcare businesses, private/public pre-k through direct contract, phone, and email systems. Maintain understanding and knowledge of all Title 55, Chapter 3041 & 168 subsidized childcare regulations, TANF/Food Stamp/Former TANF and TCA Regulations, performance standards, ELRC department policies and procedures, Keystone STARS, Head Start, and Pre-K Counts. Reach out to childcare providers to solicit involvement in Child Care Works program. Conduct personal childcare provider interviews, and develop and complete contracts. Ensure that childcare providers update their program information, required elements (including market rate information), and contract information regularly and at least annually.Requirements :
Associate's degree required in social work, business, early childhood/human services, or related field. Prior customer service experience and strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to use required databases, software, and other technology - including tracking and reporting systems. Valid driver's license and full-time use of vehicle, or reliable transportation to community locations as required. Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Russian) preferred. Experience with early childhood / childcare programming preferred.Benefits :
