EM Assemblers (Wire Harness)

Electro-Mechanical Assembler supporting sonar system production through wiring, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation-driven build work.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire sonar systems and sub-assemblies from product documentation, assembly drawings, and schematics Build electromechanical systems using prints, drawings, method sheets, diagrams, and other specifications Follow established assembly procedures, lean processes, and standard work instructions Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment, machinery, and tools in support of production goals Adjust equipment to maintain blueprint tolerances Test assemblies and final systems to ensure quality and functionality Troubleshoot assembly and system functionality Collect, analyze, and report production data using basic math and statistical knowledge Count, sort, label, and package assembled materials Disassemble, rework, and retest assemblies as needed

Job Requirements:

Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and wiring Experience in mechanical assembly Ability to use electrical test equipment Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend engineering prints, assembly drawings, and bills of materials Ability to understand component lists, electrical schematics, P&IDs, fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, and general arrangement drawings

Preferred Skills:

2-5 years of relevant work experience Technical proficiency with MS Office, MRP, or similar systems Understanding of design engineering requirements for proper component and product assembly

Pay:
