We are seeking a reliable part-time embroidery machine operator to assist with production stitching and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone with embroidery or sewing machine experience looking for flexible, consistent part-time work. Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines Hoop garments and load designs Monitor stitching runs Trim threads and finish garments Prepare orders for pickup/shipping Maintain organized production area Requirements Experience with embroidery or sewing machines preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable and consistent attendance Ability to work independently Comfortable handling bulk garment orders Training on our machines and workflow will be provided. Schedule 5-10 hours per week (average) Flexible days Work scheduled based on incoming orders Potential for increased hours during busy seasons Pay $18-$22 per hour depending on experience OR per-piece pay option available for experienced operators About Us West Coast Embroidery provides custom embroidered apparel for local businesses, schools, and organizations in the South Bay.
