Job Description
Hours:
7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday Detail-driven and highly efficient Embroidery Operator with hands-on experience operating multi-head embroidery machines in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Proven ability to maintain precision, troubleshoot issues, and meet strict production goals while ensuring top-quality output. Skilled in machine setup, threading, tension adjustments, and order processing, with a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Known for reliability, accuracy, and the ability to handle physically demanding work while consistently delivering results. Embroidery Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Complete operation of multi-head embroidery machines
- Complete set-up and completion of different types of embroidery jobs
- Machinery operation and order processing with attention to ticketing, hooping, threading, adjustments of thread and bobbin tensions
- Execution of corrections to avoid expensive loss of product
- Follow specific detailed instructions given by the supervisor and/or manager
- Meet daily physical demands of standing for extending periods of time and moving around facility on foot; lift, pull, and carry objects up to 60 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Accurately operate small components of machinery
- Meet department production expectations
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Participate in additional maintenance and cleaning of the machines and work area
Embroidery Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 1 year of embroidery experience preferred
- Physical ability and stamina for repetitive standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and stacking for the entire shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- High attention to details
- Strong ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to express issues and pose questions
