In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality embroidered designs on a variety of garments and textiles, ensuring precision and consistency in every piece. Your expertise will help bring vibrant, intricate designs to life, elevating our products and delighting our customers. Duties Operate embroidery machine with precision to produce detailed and complex designs on garments and textiles Prepare fabrics and garments for embroidery by aligning, securing, and inspecting materials for quality control Maintain and troubleshoot embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance during production runs Follow design specifications accurately, making adjustments as needed to meet quality standards Collaborate with the manufacturing team to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Conduct quality checks throughout the embroidery process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times Print sublimation papers and vinyl cutouts and operate heat press to press designs and transfer films on T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. Requirements Proven experience with embroidery machines and garment construction techniques Strong sewing skills with the ability to operate sewing machines efficiently Knowledge of sewing, garment assembly, and textile handling processes Ability to interpret design files or patterns accurately and execute precise stitching Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship Join us as an Embroidery Specialist and play a vital role in transforming creative visions into beautifully crafted finished products.
