Assigned Campuses:
Minneola, Waterman, Clermont Admin office location is at 608 E. Altamonte Dr. Drives new market share from private and local municipalities and partners with internal service lines to enhance patient experience. Directs strategic planning and business development between AdventHealth and local EMS entities. Responds to evolving emergency department, EMS, and regional executive strategy goals and initiatives as a key member of the Nursing Leadership team. Performs statistical analysis to identify EMS throughput improvement opportunities, volume fluctuations, root cause analysis, forecasting, and growth opportunities. Serves as an advocate of the hospital with local, regional, and state EMS agencies.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing/business plans Ability to work well in stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude Strong understanding of EMS and/or Emergency Department processes and protocols Ability to listen to, empathize with, and respond to patient, family, internal and external partner needsEducation:
