Ferrell Hospital is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Medical Director (MD/DO) to join its Emergency Department at a critical access facility in Eldorado, Illinois. This opportunity offers a manageable patient volume, flexible scheduling, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.

Patient Volume:

7,000 ED visits annually (25-30 patients per day)

Benefits & Compensation Physician Pay:

$250/hour

Estimated Annual Compensation:

Based on 1,440 hours annually: $250/hour × 1,440 hours = $360,000

Job Status:

Full-Time Sign-On Bonus:

$25,000 for 1 year commitment | $40,000 for 2-year commitment
