Key Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year's experience in an emergency room setting Proven skills in rapid patient assessment, triage, and crisis intervention Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities Strong critical thinking and decision-making under pressure

Responsibilities:
