What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in ER and Med Surg settings Proficient in IV placement, EKG interpretation, medication administration, glucose checks, and assisting with ADLs Ability to work efficiently in a small, versatile team caring for diverse patient needs Strong charting skills using CPSI system Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule Nice to

Have:

Experience working in critical access or rural healthcare settings Flexibility with block scheduling and scrub color preferences

Preferred Education & Experience:

Active RN license in good standing with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in
